i have had many paranormal experiences lately
both at my parents, my sisters and my flat.
Today was the worst of all, i found myself for no reason at all around 5pm my time, urged to fall asleep, which i did....
after about an hour of sleeping, i heard in my head a voice very similar to the one i heard when i had an `abduction ` experience on board a craft, which was bizare as im not sure whether its a mans voice or a womans voice.. as i was in an altered state of awareness,
anyway the voice said `its been written, he dies in his sleep... theyl say hes been poisioned`.
Upon hearing this, i urgently tried to wake myself up (i can easily do it as i dont tend to properly fall asleep even when i sleep), im usually fully consciouss of whats happening.
I tried to open my eyes they wouldnt open, i was shocked, really scared, i tried to again and i couldnt, i felt myself falling into a deep deep sleep, like i was falling into a deep hole.. im pretty sure i was going through the dying process as i could feel myself looking at myself trying to open my eyes....`
I tried for about five minutes using every ounce of my spirtual strength (ive stoped an abduction hapening before by using my mental powers to say no.... stop the blue mist.. i DONT WANT THIS),
and finally i opened my eyes...
i got up, and suddenly this force almost through me off my feet, as if to say `your going nowhere`, i fought it stayed on my feet and im still here to tell the story.
What do you think happened to me.
I know `death waits for nobody` but im having paranormal experience after another, from reading peoples minds to seeing orbs constantly to hearing voices in my ears to seeing people nobody can see, to just yesturday discovering a 7 foot tall man with blond hair standing behind me on a photo of when i wasd around 5 years old.
Please somebody reply, i cant go through all this anymore. |

Its not that, this site gets slow at times especially this time of year.
I don't know enough about this to comment.
Be patient |

thats one thing about the people on this site is that we do care, but like YB i dont know anything about sleep paralysis to comment on it
my advice would be to go and see someone who knows about this and get some advice from them on what to do |

How interesting, it does sound quite familiar. I suggest looking for a medical explanation first. When that is eventually ruled out you are left with this for whatever it may be worth. You described a text book SOBE spontaneous OBE. Your referal to an abduction experience is interesting as well. Did you hear a buzzing or vibration by any chance? |

Quick question with regards to what you are witnessing, How long exactly has this been going on for? Is it happening in bouts or continuously been happening for a while |

If at all you may think that these events are sleep paralysis or disturbances etc, just to show you soething i found online earlier which may be worth reading to get the jist of what some people think
UFO Dreams - the Hidden Meaning
Psychological Meaning: The psychologist Carl Jung believed that UFO’s are a symbol, akin to the reappearance of Christ, that represent hope in an age of technology. They take on an almost religious dimension as circular mandala symbols to represent the higher self. Jung wrote that the worldwide stories of the UFOs are ‘a symptom of a universally present psychic disposition’. The unconscious can manifest itself everywhere and crosses social divides. In dreams, UFO’s may represent your desire to find the true spiritual purpose of life and the wholeness of self.

sorry if i am posting to much but too much time on my hands
you should also read some o these peoples accounts, some similarities
http://www.sleeps.com/forums/dream-interpretation/9507.htm
One person goes on to explain that when you sleep, your brain secretes this chemical that basically tells your body to stop moving. It's what keeps you from thrashing around in your sleep. People who sleepwalk and talk in there sleep and stuff don't have enough of this chemical secretion. So basically, your waking up, but your brain kind of forgets to stop secreting this chemical.
One woman on that forum also says
" I've had several dreams of not being able to wake up, and for whatever reason in these dreams I start to pray frantically for Jesus to help and protect me and my children. All I want to do is wake out of this terrible nightmare and can't. Usually I am napping on the couch while my daughter is asleep and my fiance is at work. In my dream I am doing exactly what I am really doing - sleeping on the couch - but in my dream I will hear something to pull me out of my dream like a someone entering my home or a door creaking and I try to wake but can't, then suddenly I start to pray, fearful of what is trying to keep me asleep. Once I dreamt that I got off of the couch, walked to the bathroom and was splashing cold water on my face trying to come out of my sleep and some creepy force was pushing my hair (which in my dream was like hay or a straw type broom) back down to cover my eyes very forcefully, like a slap, so I couldn't wake or see completely. Very scary. Also, I've heard a mans voice in my dreams, mostly I thought it was my fiance, but as I tried so hard to follow it, it turned into a very faint "spooky" voice at the end. HELP! I'm not crazy!!!! But this feels crazy! " |
