I'm not sure about the exploding black void in the center of the video footage , it seems added to the original spiral, but whatever it is it is indeed interesting. There are countless videos on YouTube of it. I learned of it one day after the sighting as it was reported on the news and spaceweather.com Since then it has taken a turn into the realm of conspiracy theories, wormholes, end of the world non-sense and UFOs.

Looks "out of this world" however I believe it to be man made or generated.

Official word is a missile test gone out of control, I have no idea.

It don't look like a bad missile test, the patterns were to perfect. Something light or laser generated maybe..

It's a mystery, no one is going to say either way and it opens the door to wide speculation. I have seen people claiming it's a wormhole or black hole generated from the LHC, a mass psych experiment the list goes on. It looks like we can expect a lot of books in the near future on this one.
