the way he looks at it, if you think he's fake then dont watch his videos, he doesnt feel the need to explain or prove himself |
That's why he'll remain on YouTube. If the phenomena he's producing is genuine he should have no reservations submitting himself to evaluation and testing (and here's the killer) under controlled conditions.
I could go away now and make a very convincing YouTube video of me contacting the dead via a Ouija board or some other parlour trick. There is nothing that he's done that couldn't be done better by a mentalist like Derren Brown.

I think that Martin(his boy ghost) is real , and I think he likes to believe in spirits as he has a spirit guide,or rather what he sees as a spirit guide.
I am tempted to do a ouija board but I am forced to believe they aren't real as people could easily pull/push the glass. |

I'll say it again. Perhaps if he's genuine he should be tested under controlled conditions instead of hiding his supernatural skills on a computer screen. If he's genuine he has nothing to be afraid of does he?.

I know they have. So far he's not bitten.
Have you ever seen the celebrity mediums such as Mia Dolan or Gordon Smith?
They won't submit to testing under controlled conditions either.
Every medium/psychic/person who claims to contact the dead has failed ON EVERY OCCASION that they have undergone scientific testing.
It's easy to fake stuff when you don't have to prove it to anyone from behind a computer screen. YouTube is full of keyboard Spiritualists and they're as hokey as any TV Evangelist on channel 541 in Arkansas.

I very much doubt it. I've studied the history of spiritualism and psychic mediumship from the Fox sisters to the present day celebrities.
Without going into a very long post all I can say in my honest opinion is that there is no evidence that these people are contacting the dead.
They're putting on a good show - especially on TV where what the public eventually sees is very heavily (and biasedly) edited in order to make the Colin Frys of this world (and the next) look good and to make good TV.
There are lots more reasons I could give as to why I (and science) don't think any mediums contact the dead - either intentionally or delusionally - but I'm not here to convert, just to offer an opinion.

Im sorry to say...and I don't often. Its just a randomly generated mass of words extracted from radio programs and other stuff on the air waves. Please don't believe for a minute that people wouldn't lie to you about such things. Stop and re assess. If you want to use white noise, brown noise or in fact pink noise as a media to assisst anomilys which interact with you verbaly, sit on your own, in a very quiet room, play the background sound. Then record the results upon a high quality dictaphone using an external mic. Ensure the dictaphone can not pick up any form of external interferance. Then if there is a voice other than yours recorded upon the dicatphone. You can say its strange. Otherwise....use your time and energy to do some other fprm of research because no one will believe it, your proof is not proovable and unless the media can be analysed it is worthless. Keep everything pure to the core!! Then you got a case. |

I do not believe in coincidinces. and for noise to just pop up on the ghost box is a little bit strange. I believe in them and will continue to use the ghost box until I stumble upon evidence that back up my statment that they are real. |

Coincidences happen all the time Lilloui to say you don't believe in them is like saying you don't believe in gravity. I agree with Iain Lawrence - Franks box, ghost box, spook radio - just static generators that occasionally pick up snippets of genuine radio/cb/taxi cab broadcasts.

I don't think you'll offend anyone by saying that Lilloui. When you say you believe everything, what exactly do you mean?. Does it mean that if I posted that I'd been attacked by the Devil you'd believe it?.
'Everything happens for a reason' is a cliche that has been said so often it's lost it's meaning.
As an example let's say that I buy a new TV - therefore I've made something happen (actually I've started a chain of cause and effect).
There is a reason behind me buying a new TV - I want a bigger TV and that's about it - but people make those kinds of decisions and choices everyday a billion times over. I can't see what 'everything happens for a reason' is actually supposed to mean in any truly significant way unless you're suggesting that the really important decisions we make that dramatically change our lives have some knock on effect that we're unaware of until they happen - in which case 'everything happens for a reason' falls way short of the mark and is in effect no better than saying 'I know what I know' or 'It was meant to be'.
