If Angels exist does it follow that Demons exist? Are Demons totally separate entities from the phenomenon we refer to as ghosts?
Can Demons be summoned, do Angels watch over us?
Are cases like The Amityville Horror genuine accounts of Demon infestation? Can a person be possesssed by a Demon as in The Exorcist?

Does that mean you don't believe in Angels and Demons Flossy? If you need to see something to believe it exists how do you reconcile the quite convincing reports of ghostly encounters people post on here with that viewpoint?.
This site has some dedicated investigators IMO whose opinion I respect but would still question even if they genuinely believed they'd seen a ghost because we are imperfect observers, our recording equipment is prone to malfunction and our interpretation of data is subject to bias.

i believe in ghosts because ive seen them for my self
angels and demons may well exist but ive had no expeirience with them so shouldnt really comment on it
investigation teams might go out and get evidence but someone will always be around to debunk it which is why i said when i see it with my own eyes then i will believe |

Imperfect or not, IMO events are usually described based on the particular belief system(s) of the observer. Angels, demons, ghosts, etc related or not there seems to have been many cases of reported contact with something beyond what we would call "normal" through out human history. |

For much of recorded history mankind saw many things he couldn't explain and ascribed them to the supernatural.Comets and meteors were angels and dragons, manatees and seals were mistaken for Mermen and Mermaids and multiple personality disorder and Tourettes syndrome were seen as demonic possession.
As our understanding of the human mind, physiology, the world and the universe has grown so these supernatural infestations and agents have been increasingly forced into those small pockets of ignorance and superstition that still remain.
Belief systems still validate the existence of Angels and Demons along with their attendant god. People still want to believe that death is not the final doorway we'll ever pass through and so they fall for the false promises of the church and mosque. They also believe without question - from the Catholic taking communion to the housewife at an evening with Derek Acorah - they accept because they want to believe and no end of valid logical evidence and persuasion is going to be enough.
There are still many cases of people coming into contact with 'things' they can't explain. But just because they can't explain them doesn't mean that they are unexplainable.
