Woman in black and weeping from my closet

I live in the United States. But I've got this story to tell. And it caused me to not be a skeptic. I was in my bathroom getting ready for bed when I heard a soft crying. Curious, I followed it to my closet and kept hearing it. Shockingly, it stopped when I opened the door. Two hours later, my mom came by and said, "Since when did you wear long black dresses?". I kinda thought she was nuts. Then she told me that there was a woman that looked like me in a long, black lacy dress. I had no explanation. That next day, I was in my kitchen and heard footsteps upstairs. I checked it out, no one was there. I then saw something, or someone pass by me. And when I looked I thought it was me, but then again, I wasn't wearing a black dress!! It was unique.

Ok, to answer all questions appropriately and honestly:

1.) I live in a farmhouse, it's been in my family for two centuries. The closest people I live by are about 75 miles away. The house itself has been recently renovated (plumbing and electrical) because I'm sensitive to EMF.
2.) As I said. I was a skeptic 'til this experience. I mean, I will admit I have heard footsteps and giggling and seen shadows, but I thought nothing of it. I've never heard weeping or seen any woman in black.

*A little piece of fact*
I DID uncover a lacy black shawl while cleaning, I threw it out. And doing research I found that one of my greater aunts killed herself after learning my greater uncle cheated...my greater aunt was pregnant and they buried her in a black dress with lace.

I'm in the Navy. And umm, yes I have. I called a psychic she said she felt death...I think she was screwing with me. And hahahahahaha cactus that's hilarious... Razz
