Are these orbs ?

Hi,

I wonder if you would check this video for me. I'm not sure that I believe that these are orbs, but would be interested to see what you think.
My mate was using his phone cam, after about 20 seconds he does turn the light on, on his phone. But even before the light goes on, there is the same phenomena happening. I notice a quite strong one at 4:05. I'm hoping there is most probably a rational explanation as to what this is.

I dont know beef - I think they might just be particles of dust floating closely past the camera.

To be fair, that's what I thought. So I perhaps need to get my vacuum out more than once a year ;-) well it's not quite that bad.
I'll continue to hunt for the tape of that possible EVP, and if I find it I'll be sure to post it.

Im sure some people will believe though that these are spirits - I just don't think orbs are anything

The vast majority of ghost sightings are explainable Beefheart. Please don't get scared or lose sleep over orbs.

Beef I believe ghosts are real - DB believes nothing paranormal is real except for bigfoot - but I wouldn't be worried about these orbs
