The whole shot is open to ambiguity due to the low light conditions and by your admission the autofocus was struggling to lock onto anything. The shot also has a relatively long exposure which will further distort any people or objects present - your imagination and brian does the rest to fill in the holes and create faces and ghosts. Ive had this analysed now by a friend and they are a bit miffed as in negative its even clearer, the autofocus was making a noise as the woman came in the door so we assumed it was seeing her just as the timer went off. Its very interesting tbh looks like a xray ...
