|

This Is a photo I took at All Saints Church in Isleworth, London.
In the distance there appears to be a faint image of a bald man holding onto the railings with both hands. A bygone vicar perhaps?
Also there is an orb in the bottom left.
Any thoughts?
P.S. The original is better quality.

Think its just how the light falls.
My dad used to be a keen photographer, and he owned a church in Manchester. ANY photo he took, and any photo any one else took, in that place shows hundreds and hundreds of orbs. |

Hi Wwinter, thanks for posting that pic
I've exported the shot into Photoshop and adjusted the exposure and Curves in the area where you say the figure is. I see nothing to suggest that this is anything other than pareidolia caused by the patterns of light and dark of the background foliage.
The orb to the bottom left of the shot is either a minute spec of moisture on or very very close to the camera lens or it's internal to the camera - possibly a microscopic piece of dust/pollen on the image sensor.

if you zoom in on this picy as i did, you can see its the trees, and what looks like an arm is actually the railing
from a distance it does look like a figure though |

Here is another shot I took a couple of minutes before.
You can see a little farther to left than the figure in the other image above is the living vicar (or his wife) taking out some rubbish.
This may help give you a better idea of how it looks when the possible figure is not there and when a living person is standing back there.
This image may need to be brightened (Photoshop’s auto current etc).

Zooming in and playing with the Curves in Photoshop reveals nothing resembling a human form, only background patterns formed by the foliage.

Doing various adjustments in Photoshop does not reveal a figure IMO. See attached pic with Curves adjusted to show background.

I can see the figure in the second picture, but it's a stretch to say that's a ghost IMO.
DB the pic didn't attach. |

There is definitely a figure in the second picture, but no I’m not saying that one is a ghost. That one is the living vicar or his wife.
I have just included the second pic as a comparison, so you can see one without the possible ghost that is in the first one. |

I am not talking about the vicar's wife. I am confused - in the first picture where the arrow is beside the railings I can see barely nothing, but in the second picture, if the arrow was in the same place as the first it looks like a figure standing there to me.
(I assume the overweight woman walking with her back to the camera is the vicars wife?) |
