Can spirits make phone calls

My sister died in January 2012 after brain surgery to remove a tumour, we never got chance to speak to her after surgery as she never woke up she was 47 yrs old, on the 20/08/2012 my mum rang and said she was talking on the phone to my cousin when the house phone started to beep, she thought the battery was going dead on the phone, after the call she checked the phone battery was okay so she looked through call registry to see if someone had tried to call it said received call Lesley home the phone number 20/08 at 9.07pm. Mum rang me as she thought someone had broken in to the house, I got in touch with my daughter she went down to check the house everything was okay, The next day I rang the phone company to see if the call had been made from the house, they said no phone Calls had been made since the 9th August 2012 which was the date we left the house. No one had been in the house since that date. Then on the 27th August mum rang me she said she had got another call she was telling a friend about the first call when she was looking for the first call on her phone display she came across another call on the 23/08/2012 received call Lesley home the phone number at 10.03am I do have pictures that my Mum took of her call display for both phone calls No one has been in the house, is this my sister trying to let us know she is okay. firstly im so sorry for your loss Sad

as for the phone calls, it would be a nice thought to think it was your sister and who knows maybe it was Smile

but with technology the way it is today im not sure

I do have the pictures of the call registry that my mum took off the house phone, my stepdad checked the house phone to see if the dates and times were set on it as he does not believe in spirits and ghosts, and everything was right with the phone no calls have been made from the house since the 9th August 2012 that's what the phone company told me. Mums phone has received calls for the 20th and the 23rd of August don't know how to send pictures on here I did try as I was going to put them on for people who might no more about it to see if they could explain it

My friends nan was in bed one night and developed a bad nose bleed, she didn't wake up but a 999 call (brit version of 911) by a man from his nans phone to send an ambulance, the ambulance crew banging the front door woke my friends nan up.The ambulance crew said that if she had stayed asleep then she would have bled to death.His nan was the only person in the house as she lived on her own so who phoned the ambulance?

WOW, interesting experiences Deborah and Gav. I have no explanation for it. I mean, you confirmed that no one called from her home phone so that makes it even more mysterious.

Sharla that's a really good question. Why wasn't that 911 call checked into, They keep them on in logs, I believe?

We are still having phone calls, we have had 51 up to now, my niece lives in the house same phone number lines have been checked, no calls to my mums number have been made, calls are still happening when the house is empty, I cannot explained them, I have done all I can to try and find out.
