i spent the night in room 28 of the schooner hotel in alnmouth,with a paranormal team and friends.The place itself def had an atmosphere and i picked up on a cpl of goings on,but all in all for apparantly sleeping in the most active room i was quite dissapointed Crying or Very sad

It turns out that the week before,some guests had messed with a board,and they had to get help from a medium staying there him/herself,by the looks of it,she cleansed too much away.

bitter it was casper that was in paul doesnt have much time to do anything much these days cos he either in spirit church training or in work.

ill pass on your message.his training is going well once a month now he does readings in church for the visitors in the sunday spiritual service and passes messages on from thier loved ones.on the other nights of the week he does his other spiritual training

its hard for me to do training cos someone has to stay at home and look after the kids but the other night i did a meditation with paul and i picked up on the wallpaper his nan used to have on her bedroom walls in the house she lived in before i met paul and the bedroom suit his mum used to have before i met paul.my sence of spititual smell is getting stronger though.
