UFO or Meteor?

This video was shot in Cuernavaca, Mexico, on June 29th, 2001 but what is it?. It's easy to see how phenomenon such as this become UFOs in the eyes of witnesses.

It is cool footage - but it looks like a meteor to me too.

Well this is interesting, it's nice clear footage and obviously a real phenomena but I keep thinking if this is really a meteor then wouldn't it be breaking up?

Perhaps this is an ET craft of some kind? Wink

They may be damaged or perhaps just showing a very interesting side effect of the propolsion system.

If it's not a meteor, could it be some space garbage
coming back into earth's atmosphere?

I believe that it's moving far too slowly to be a Meteor. IMO it's the contrails of a jet airliner caught in the warm spectrum of the setting sun.
