Not seen that to be honest, though i dont watch much TV anyway.
One benefit I have is my Mum. About 10 years back she found she had high cholestrol, so has had to cut out most saturated fats. As a result its game, seafood, and fish when i visit, lovely :D
Plus they live in Cromer, so get really fresh seafood, and the best crabs in the country! |

watched a prog once about people in some countries eat seal fat and they reacon that why people in these places live longer.i dont care how long it will make me live i just couldnt eat it. |
