My latest experiances

Hey great to be back again (laptop decided to go to laptop heaven).

Well while I have been off there have been several weird experiences. The first being a black silhouette (you can see a head and the shoulders are well defined) stood by our living room table I would say less than 5ft tall. The light was switched on then off several minutes later and to my amazement the figure was still there. I couldn't find anything to cast a shadow and the lights were almost overhead as well so not sure there!!! Then a couple of days ago my mum asked if I had seen anything by the living room table (bearing in mind I hadn't told a living soul),I then pointed to the exact area and said about the dark shadow to which my mum nodded and said she had seen it late the previous night.
The second thing happening more frequently at the moment is voices (cannot hear what is being said but can tell it is older men). I have heard talking even when I have been home alone, then there are family members I can hear calling my name then when I ask what’s up they say it wasn't them, haven't been near me.
The most recent occurrence happened a few minutes ago when my mum and dad both smelt tobacco, no one in our house smokes, except my granddad who lived in the place but died about 16 years ago.
There we are for this log I will keep up the reports as stuff happens.
If anyone who reads this wants to chat to me a 6bit more they can send me a pm and I’ll get back to them quite happily, so fingers crossed this laptop don't go bang!!

It was most unusual i walked out of the kitchen and when i looked up it was just there!! The room was quite dark and even as i walked up to it no vanishing just stayed there. Even called my mum and she saw it before it went.

Who Or What Are The Shadow People?

Shadow People, also known as Shadow Folk, or Shadow Beings, are usually attracted to one person or location for unknown reasons. Often they are seen as dark silhouettes of human-shape, generally male, that prefer to watch someone unseen and flee the moment they are noticed. Still this doesn't always fit the experience. While some people distinctly see a shadowy human form others have dexcribed shapeless wispy black blobs and swirling columns of dark smoke.

The personalities or characteristics of shadow people range greatly from shy and skittish to downright nasty and malevelent, with a few witnesses describing them as the ultimate essence of pure evil. Accounts of shadow people have been reported all over the world. There has been an increase of reported sightings of these creatures within the last five to ten years, though there is anectdotal evidence of these creatures appearing before human witnesses through out our history.

The more consistent accounts of shadow people typically describe a feeling of dread associated with the presence of this phenomena, and animals are said to react to the phenomena with fear and hostility. Shadow Beings are said to move extremely fast and travel through solid matter. They typically are said to have no discernible features such as mouths, noses, or eyes. Their forms are usually described as somewhat thin or smoke-like

Direct visual contact is rarely reported by most eye witnesses of shadow people; they are said to usually disappear before they can be seen clearly, and are seen "in the corner of one's eye. These beings are said to often appear in mirrors.
