So i went down to Merthyr Mawr a few weeks back on an investigation and caught this:
It's not dust as the shape doesn't fit a dust orb, it's not rain as it was fine, there wasn't anything on my camera lens as all the before and after pictures were fine.
Also not long before when i was taking pictures of a castle, the camera kept picking up splashes of purple light, but hasn't done so since.
To me, these are all common indicators of paranormal activity, but what do you all think? |

Very interesting pic Dee. It looks as though the Orb is moving from right to left as there is a slight plume on the right hand side. Have you tried using the video function on your camera and playing it back frame by frame? there is a free program called FXFrame Capture for going through the video frame by frame and Gimp Software for editing the picture.
Thanks

The plume is a repeat of the reflection, the sun is just out of frame upper left this an example of a lens bokeh effect IMO. |

Thanks for the comments all.
Joe- Thanks for the info, the picture is a still however and wasn't captured by video.
mrx3010- There was no sun out at all that day as it was very overcast so the sun wouldn't be in the left hand side as it wasn't visible at all!
As for it being a lens bokeh effect, none of the picture was blurred apart from the white orb looking thing. A bokeh effect normally has more of an image blurred not just a singular small part of an image. |

This `orb` is moving from right to left. Very dense and bright. Good pic. |
