An American Perspective - Moon Landings

This is aimed at everyone on the forum as i am sure that some of us brits have opinions on this, but I am also sure you would agree that we never get to hear an awful lot about what goes on in america.

SO

What are peoples opinions on the First Moon Landings. For years I have been reading articles and watching documentarys, and in my opinion, the images and footage we see are fake in relation to the evidence shown but, i also used to think they could have possibly went to the moon but that was it, no crazy space walking, no original photos etc.

I'm still skeptical. There are those who fight me tooth and nail that I am wrong on thinking it could have been faked but I don't know....

It would be easy to debate both sides of the question.

When you look at the film clip of the moon walk you can easily argue that is looks "hollywood".
It does look pretty hokey.
You also wonder why we haven't had another manned moon landing in 36 years.
(correct me if I'm wrong on the number of years)

If the moon landings/walks didn't happen, how did they keep so many people who were working the space mission quiet?

Having looked in depth at the evidence and read quite a few books on the case for the faked Moon landings I think they were real and those brave men really went to the Moon.

if it is high ranking military officers, astronauts, politicians, high ranking nasa employees etc...you listen and dont laugh Neutral

I do beleive that we did visit the moon.
I do beleive the astronauts were silenced about what they witnessed there.

More evidence of Aliens denied.

Theres certainly lots of "discrepancies" in footage and photos.

However I think people are trying to be photography experts(and believe hearsay) when they are bakers.

People will believe there friends and take it for gospel truth.

But surely one method of confirming if they happened or not would to plot the location on the moon and view it through a telescope and see if the lander or the rover are still there, surely with the right equipment this would be possible?

Mythbusters have recreated and thrown some of the conspiracy theories out the window.
