IMO you have to trust the people you are on that board with as people move the glass. Sometimes the board comes out with random names and things but i have also been involved in experiments where the board is spot on with the answers. Heres some vids to check out coz i can't explain it properly. Their theory was right that they were faking and pussing the glass. ... But I'm not sure if it was paranormal or just mass hysteria. It used to be one of those things you 'didn't talk about' and in the early days of most haunted they were very against it, now it's openly done on TV all the time, but no matter how many times I've seen or tried it there is still that 'so what is moving it?' question. Is it a way to communicate with spirits? I just don't know, but love the mystery of it. ...
