just a visit from mom?

I'm not sure where this post belongs becuz I'm not sure what to call what I experienced I hope someone can tell me..

About 5nights ago I was laying in my room on my bed completely awake not thinking about anything at all just relaxing and suddenly I was some place else I don't know where I was but I was with my mom who died six years ago we were laughing and talking and it seemed to last maybe 20 minutes then all a sudden my mom sneezed and blew me away and I was falling from my ceiling to my bed and the shock of beingpeople thate air has made me forget what my mom said to me...I have told this to a few people most think I'm crazy the two people that did believe me couldn't agree on what they thought I experienced one thought it was a gift from God to allow me to see my mom the other thinks I astral projected .....and I'm not sure what it was however when it was over I wasn't scared I was very happy and felt very good..... I have had a few other experiences that people said sounded like astral projection and those did scare me....I would love to hear what u guys think
