Lingering souls.

It is a humble request to all living being to stop thinking about (calling them to come back, revisiting incidents lived with them etc.,) the deceased people to avoid their souls from lingering. It is the biggest pain we give to our loved ones. These lingering souls may wander here and there without knowing the way to go to their destination as they are not strong enough. Such souls may be misused for black magic and spells. So let us make effort to let the souls reach their destination. This is a lesson I learnt from my spiritual teacher.

I never thought of it that way.
I too would never want to be the reason one of my
friends/ relatives linger and not go where they are
meant to be.

What really struck me was that they could be misused for
black magic and spells.

Hertz is right; even I have learnt something similar from my Meditation teacher. She said that the best help we do to our loved ones is not to recall them on any occasion. It is years here in earth but just few moments in their world, so any recall even after 20 years may hinder their path to their destination. Let us remember that their life on earth is completed and they have their journey to their world. We have no right to trouble them in anyway. These lingering souls may be misused for black magic if out of control. Whenever we remember that person, let us pray for their speedy and easy journey to their world.

Personally I thin k Hertz is wrong but i'm not being paranoid to avoid the dead getting in trouble.
They can't blame us for getting in trouble.
Can I blame the dead for anything...no.

If the supposed supreme creator cant bail us when were dead and lost, dare I say that it makes him sound pretty usless in my book.
