I'm Being Followed

As some of you aware, when I first joined this site a couple of weeks ago, In my introduction, I mentioned that I have a lot of questions that needed answers and was hoping to use this site.

Something at the time which I was mainly looking for help on is the fact for a few months I feel like I am being followed. Now for the last week, I am not been on here much to allow my vision not to be clouded with ideas, but last night, I was out walking enjoying the sites of caerphilly and the fireworks with a close friend, and all night she kept turning around to look behind her, When I asked her what is wrong, she said I though there was someone behind us. I said in a casual manner I get that all the time, but then, we were walking down a long stretch of road of caerphilly, no one around, and someone ran straight between the two of us causing us to stumble but we saw nothing. I walked emma back to her house and we could still hear some footsteps behind us. This stage of the night there was no more fireworks going off so we could hear it a lot more clearly. Obviously this has freaked me out a bit more than usual as now my firend is hearing what I have been hearing for months.

Any suggestions

Next time try stopping, turning around and asking "why are you following me?"

Could be that they are aware that you can sense them, so they hang around you as it makes them feel they exist. Could also be a guardian, or someone just keeping an eye on you.

I get it a lot too, and also often sense my dogs with me although they died over a decade ago.

I find it reassuring.

Well, the whole thing with me and my approach to the paranormal, i try to always rule out th obvious, Even had my mdication assessed, but my medication should have no effect on my mental stability, so, saying that
Since I have become to be accepting of this feeling of being followed, I am seeing more and more unexplainable things.

Last night I was lying in bed reading my book,listening to some SLAYER, I looks up, and just above my book held out at arms length, I saw two flashes of light. I though christ I am seeing things, better book the book away and listen to some bedtim music. So, I out my black sabbath CD on, turn to look at my clock (Which is one of those LCD weather and thermometer clocks and clocked that the temp of the room was lowering. it went from 21c down to 16c in the space of ten minutes and even though i was lying in bed, I still kept seeing dots of flashing lights, by 2am the flashing lights situation had stopped at the temp started to rise.

ANy possible explanations for this.

Have tried asking my friend and already ruled out central heating switching off, as I dont have the heating on in my room due to my asthma. I have thick velevt curtains which black out the light from outside completely into my room, I have no VCR or dvd which led lights to mistake for. My CD is behind me and not in front, which has one blue led but was turned off when i was still seeing these lights

It is known that spirits drain energy from whatever they can this includes heat in a room. Since the lights and temperature coincided, I would say you had a visit.

Seems these spirits found out you can sense them so they are hanging around. Now it is time to try and communicate, NO quiji boards though.. try asking them to print their name in the dust on a table or something, see if it happens..

Can't hurt any...

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last night was the the most activity so far. I went back to doctors this morning just to double check that my medication is not causing side affects....

Saw like flashing lights the size of pin pricks happening in the same area of the living room. And even had to the put the heating on to get the temp up but still felt the nip in the air. An emergency text to solstice and now i now why i am more aware. but despite this being an interest of mine, I dont want to be having these sleepless nights ...... WHAT DO I DO

but try asking them to leave you be for one night so you can get some sleep, you never know it might work Wink

Agreed. If that don't work, whether your religious or not get on your knees and say "in the name of Jesus Christ I ask the spirit of the Lord to rid my home of these spirits, Amen"

We will go from there.
