Me and a friend were using an Ouija board, and were told by "William," a spirit, that he was 78, and had been murdered. He also said he was born in 7677, though he wasn't born in the future. Is there anyway we could find more out about William, but not through the board? And was it dangerous to use the board without really knowing anything about it? And can anyone say about their experiences with the board? Thanks.
Tash. |

Hi Tash, and welcome.
First of all it's always dangerous to muck around with something you're not experienced in, and the ouija's no different. Having said that, my views on it differ from a lot on here as i see it as no more than a focus for our own abilitites.
As for William, well, assuming the date was actually 1677, if he was 78 then he died in 1755, so try checking death records for 1775/1776 and see what turns up.
Also, have a look at www.old-maps.co.uk and see what was there before your house. it'll only go back to about 1880, but may give you an idea/clue. |

Welcome to the forums Tash.
I'm one who disagrees with Solstice on the Quija boards. I say avoid them like the plague.
If all you have is a first name and no relations your search is going to be hard. I wish you the best of luck... |

im with yb, avoid and dont mess with them again and forget william unless you get stuff about him via other means.
whatever you feel like dabbling in, research it thoroughly first. get lots of advice first too.

Hi Tash and welcome to the forum!
I'm with YB and Twinks on avoiding the ouija board.
Keep us posted on any findings you come up with on William. |
