hi I am new to this site- but I have a few questions, on the 31st jan/1st Feb I felt as though someone had touched my neck- I was in that place where half asleep/half awake I turned round it wasn't cat and just tried to fall asleep again- within minutes I felt someone squeeze my hand- (it was like someone saying it will b ok)- at this point I thought spider on hand and kinda woke up and turned over- wot I saw was 2 shadow figures holding hands- just standing there- within a 2nd they disappeared into wall and I fell asleep.
Next morning my phone kept ringing and ringing- I eventually answered phone to my sister crying down phone- my mother had died in her sleep- she was not unwell- only 68 and was quite fit and well so we thought- can anyone tell me wot I think I felt or saw the night before? there is no time for my mums death- but I clearly remember this happened at 3.42am- and I know my mum was alive at 12.10am as my dad said she went to bed at that time- any help would be great- I do not suffer from sleep deprivation or have had hallucinated things before or was drinking or take drugs |

hi jammiedodg-er welcome to the forum
im so sorry to hear of your loss
it would be a nice thought to think it was your mum trying to tell you she's ok (if thats how you feel then go with it )
but when things like this happen you never really know for sure |

Hi Jammie and welcome aboard the W.O.G
I'm also sorry to hear of your mums passing but you're experiences sound like typical hypnopompic episodes to me that were purely coincidental with your mums death.
