Seen it already. A hoax IMO, man in a monkey suit. Gait is all wrong for a start plus the way the camera is panning smells of a set up.
Need more?.

But do you think the person with the camera is 'in on it'? |

Of course he\she is. They're all in on it. It's poor as far as Bigfoot hoax videos go. They've not done even the most basic of research ie: look at the Paterson Gimlin film in order to see the benchmark for what a real Bigfoot vid should look like.

What do you mean the gait is all wrong - I don't know as much about this, but it looks similar to Gimlin to me.
Especially the way and speed etc... that the creature is walking. |

The gait is like a person walking in a monkey suit. Average height/weight of a Bigfoot is bigger and heavier than a human (in a suit). Therefore the stride length, duration, carriage and weight distribution is not concurrent with a Bigfoot sized creature.

But could a simple explanation for that not be that this is a younger one?
And that would also support that it was real, as it would be still learning/growing etc... |

Does it not seem odd to you that it walks left to right across the frame without acknowledging the cameraman and his friends?.
Does it not seem odd that a creature (however young) that has avoided capture for thousands of years should amble past a group of people with a camera?.
If you were a Bigfoot that had been taught from birth to avoid mankind at all costs - what would you do if you heard 3/4 people crashing through the woods in your direction?.

Yes that is true.

But as they are believed to be intelligent creatures - would it not be possible that there are smarter/dumber ones, possibly 'retarded' ones (I'm not joking here) even rebellious or even slightly curious ones?
Also the one in the Gimlin footage did the same thing, even worse; it was out in the open and just strolled on. |

Good points Cactus and you're right to raise them. There are documented cases (albeit anecdotal) of young Bigfoots playing a kind of 'chicken' type game on lonely backwoods highways where it's speculated that this is a kind of rights of passage trial.
I personally think they've evolved dumb out of their gene pool, otherwise we'd have wiped them out hundreds of years ago.
Again, you're right, the female in the Paterson Gimlin did casually walk on by - but the distance was greater than in this YouTube example and there were factors far different, ie: different vegetation (less noise) and Paterson/Gimlin were on horseback.

But DB do you not think there is some credibility in the fact that it was only captured for an instant, a distance away, with only a fraction of the mobile phones screen?
Also have you heard anything about those who captured it (to determine their credibility) or have you completely wrote this off? |

The way it's filmed makes me suspicious Cactus. I'm a photographer and a videographer. I know how to frame shots and I know from experience how people film each other or take pictures of themselves. If I had to explain my reasons for doubting this footage I'd be typing for half an hour at least.
I've not heard anything about who filmed it etc but I'd like to know more but I can't be ars£@d looking because I'm fairly sure it's a bad fake.
